“When the enemy leaves a door open, you must rush in.”
I know nothing about ancient Chinese warfare but a little bit about business. I was recommended “The Art of War by Sun Tzu” years ago by a dear friend and neglected his advice until recently. Once I had started reading, I was hooked. It took no more than a short intra-European flight to get me started on my own interpretation – for business.
On this site I will share with you each day a piece of a advice from the great Sun Tzu.
If you follow his spirit and advice, I can guarantee that you will become a better investor, a better owner of business, a better board member and, most importantly, a better leader. Then it is up to you to act upon it.
“The general that hearkens to my counsel and acts upon it, will conquer: let such a one be retained in command! The general that hearkens not to my counsel nor acts upon it, will suffer defeat:–let such a one be dismissed!”
