Sun Tzu said:  1.  In war, the general receives his commands from the sovereign.  2. Having collected an army and concentrated his forces, he must blend and harmonize the different elements thereof before pitching his camp.

In business: 1. In business, the leader receives his commands from the owner. 2. Having assumed responsibility for a company and concentrated his forces, the leader must blend and harmonise the different elements thereof before hitting the market.
